Yes, but we also must remember that sometimes we need to be told what is wrong in order to fix it. You must always be open to change and not call names or be rude or defy those that are older, smarter, and better. Those three don't always go hang in hang, but occasionally they do and when they do, be it seperately or together, respect those in charge and listen. They're in charge cuz they know something you don't. And be willing to listen as a leader. You're not always right, either. Be OPEN and WILLING to change.
